Mixels Flurr Review

I was looking for this set for the later half of August ever since my birthday, but I finally found it last Saturday.

I haven't gotten these bagged sets before, but it's never too late to start.

Contents include a bag of parts and the instruction booklet.

Quite the pieces here, lots of sloped 1x1 tiles, which is something to consider if you want to buy this sets for parts. The eyeball pieces are the technic ball piece with printed eyes on them. The new ball joint system takes advantage of an older ball joint system that was mostly used for trailer hitches and other misc. things to the best of my knowledge.

The assembled set is pretty big compared to, say, a Stormer minifig. The Mixels line sure can scale well with them as monsters.

The colors consist of blue, dark blue, light blur, white, black, light gray, and dark gray. They seem fine to me.

The extra pieces consist of a sloped tile, a stud, and a pin. The slope piece can be placed on the upper part of the tail as an extra scale.

The set has 7 points of articulation, including the wings. Legs are rather limited though, due to how the joints are.

Despite the problems with the legs, I'm satisfied with the set. It makes a good pet dragon thing for my Constraction sets, which I should try out later.
